Supply agreement and procedures  related to it<\/ins><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1.  Based on the supply agreement,  supplier ensures supply  and customer undertakes commitment to pay service fee and preserve conditions defined by  Georgian Legislation including by the retail market rules approved by Resolution N 13 dated on August 13, 2020 of Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission<\/li>
  2. Supply agreement can be concluded  in material or electronic form for no  less than 3 months period in accordance with the rule established by Georgian Legislation<\/li>
  3. Customer is authorized to  conclude  one supply agreement  with the supplier on several metering knot<\/li>
  4. Supply agreement  shall include:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    a) Identification data of the supplier including requisites, address and contact number of supplier (electronic mail and 24 hour call center number)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    b)  Identification data of the customer including customer number, contact information (electronic mail, tel number, factual address and supply address). In case of customer will \u2013 alternative contact person data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    c) Identification data of the person responsible for service fee payment \u2013 in case of existence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    d) Date for commence of  supply<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    e) Supply price or the tariff established by the commission  in case if such exists<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    f) Periodicity, rule and means for service fee payment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    g) Means for sending the notification and exchanging the information foreseen by the agreement<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    h) Conditions related to the  imposing of the penalty \u2013 in case of parties\u2019 agreement by observing the terms stated by these rules<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    i) Validity of agreement<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    j) Rule for prolongation of the validity of the agreement<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    k) Indication on those circumstances, in which existence right for requesting the deposit will be occurred for the supplier<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    l) Indication on those commitments of customer, non fulfillment of which ones  may cause suspension of the supply<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    m) Indication on the circumstances  excluding the responsibility (force majeur)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    n) Indication on the right  for termination of the agreement unilaterally  and on the conditions for implementation of this right<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    o) Rule for returning the advanced paid amount by the customer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    p) Indication on the rule for discussing the customer\u2019s claim  by the supplier<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    q) Indication on the rule for discussing the disputable  issues<\/p>\n\n\n\n
