From July 27, Energo-Pro Georgia customers will pay the electricity bill through JSC EP Georgia Supply payment services
From July 27, JSC Energo-Pro Georgia customers will pay for the consumed electricity through the payment services of JSC EP Georgia Supply.
According to the company, customers with debts to Energo-Pro Georgia will receive a warning SMS on July 26 about the amount of the debt, and for information, the same SMS will indicate that from July 27 the debt must be paid through EP Georgia Supply payment channels.
“From July 1 of the current year, the electricity supplier in the area of operation of JSC” Energo-Pro Georgia” is JSC “EP Georgia Supply”. The customer receives the electricity supply service without changing the customer number. If a prepaid amount (credit) is recorded in the electricity debt account after the final settlement with Energo-Pro Georgia, the said amount will be transferred to the “Ep Georgia Supply” account and the customer’s debt will be prepaid in the “EP Georgia Supply” bill.
In the interests of consumers, in order to avoid uncertainty, only the payment channels of “EP Georgia Supply” will be used to cover the remaining debts owed to “Energo-Pro Georgia” until July 1 and the debts owed to “EP Georgia Supply”. The payment channels are – fast payment machines, Internet , Bank offices. The debts paid by the customer will cover the debts of both “Energo-Pro Georgia” and “EP Georgia Supply”.
From July 27, 00:00, payment services of “EP Georgia Supply” will be available on fast payment machines and Internet banking services and the services of “Energo-Pro Georgia” will be disconnected from the same period. After disconnection, when entering the “Energo-Pro Georgia” service on fast payment machines, the customer will be notified that the debt must be paid through the “EP Georgia Supply” service.
When using the “EP Georgia Supply” service, the customer will be shown the amount to be paid, which will be the total debt of “Energo-Pro Georgia” and “EP Georgia Supply”. The customer will receive information about this while using the payment machine service, through an information banner.
Customers with debts to Energo-Pro Georgia will receive a warning SMS on July 26 about the amount of the debt and for information, the same SMS will indicate that from July 27 they must pay the debt through the payment channels of “EP Georgia Supply”.
Bills of electricity consumed in July will be received by the customer from a new company (“EP Georgia Supply”). Along with the mentioned bill, household customers (population) will also receive the final receipt of June 2021 from “Energo-Pro Georgia”. In the payment channels, the customer will see the total debt of both of the above receipts to be paid.
Total debt will also appear to non-household customers, although in their case, they will receive the final receipt from “Energo-Pro Georgia” for June 2021 on August 10-12.
